Gary L. Weiss
Senior Managing Director
As a senior member of Long-Term Solutions, Gary co-directs strategic planning, is a
member of the Investment Management Committee and is Senior Advisor for many of
the firms most important clients.
Prior to joining Long-Term Solutions, Gary spent over 20 years as CEO and chairman of The Weiss Group creating, building and managing technology businesses by providing leadership, strategy, management advisory, financing and capital formation, capital management, staffing of senior management teams and building boards of directors around those management teams. In recent few years, he has focused on companies in the clean technology space.
Previously, he directed his own family office in San Francisco. Gary is past President and Director of Source Services and held various positions at Periphonics, (an Exxon Enterprises Company) and IBM in his early career.
Philanthropic Endeavors
Gary has served on the Scripts Clinic Advisory Board in San Diego.
Education
Gary holds his BS in Marketing from the University of Arizona.
