Naomi Ramsden J.D.
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)
Naomi joined Long-Term Solutions in 2009 to oversee compliance and serve as its
in house legal advisor. During a long career as an attorney, she originally focused on
commercial transactions and business & financial consulting. Over the past 10 years,
Naomi has concentrated in the complex area of RIA compliance and worked for several
investment advisory companies in this regard.
Philanthropic Endeavors
Naomi has been an active member of her community, serving as an officer and member of the boards of the National AIDS Memorial Grove, the San Francisco Girls Chorus and a private woman's club in San Francisco.
Education
Naomi is a graduate of Hastings College of the Law.
