Richard L. Intrater
President & CEO

Richard L. Intrater Rick has been in the investment banking and financial services industry for over 30 years. He founded Long-Term Solutions in 2005 to assist families of significant net worth with their complex investment, financial, philanthropic, and administrative needs.

Rick's previous experience includes board member and managing director of Sand Hill Advisors in Palo Alto, California. He was also the founder of Sutter Street Capital Management, an SEC registered RIA, in San Francisco. Rick spent 13 years as Senior Vice President of Lehman Brothers in New York and San Francisco and began his career as a financial analyst for the U.S. Export Import Bank in Washington, D.C.

Corporate Board Activities

Rick is a member of the board of directors of Viryd and BIO2 Technologies, and observer to both the boards of Fallbrook Technologies and GEO2 Technologies.

Rick holds his BA in Finance from the University of Arizona and completed graduate work in International Studies at the University of Missouri.
